The Innovation 7 team recently came together in person to celebrate and recognize National Indigenous Peoples Day.
Amidst the vibrant atmosphere of acknowledging and honoring Indigenous history and culture, we took time to reflect on our company's achievements, future initiatives, and our unique responsibilities as an Indigenous-led organization in Canada.
During the day we fostered deeper connections and understanding within our team. Engaging in a meaningful sharing circle allowed us to share stories, reflect on our lives, insights, and aspirations, further strengthening our bonds and setting the stage for enhanced teamwork and morale.
Looking ahead, we are committed to not only continuing but elevating our unwavering commitment to Indigenous engagement and creating an inclusive environment where every team member feels valued and empowered.
